Rooted in depth psychology, eco-psychology, creativity, embodiment, and community healing, this intergenerational gathering invites us to reconnect with ourselves, one another, and the living earth through ritual, art, movement, music, dreamwork, storytelling, nature connection, and soulful play. In a world longing for healing and belonging, we gather not only to restore ourselves, but to become part of the medicine our communities and planet need. 🌲✨

🌿 WHAT IS INCLUDED
• Lakeshore and forest cabin lodging with cozy small-group bunkbed rooms clustered in nature
• Extensive infrastructure with fire circles, game spaces, bathrooms, and hot showers
• Large indoor and outdoor gathering spaces with a dining room and dance space
• All meals included with organic, healthy ingredients designed to nourish body and soul, with diverse dietary options available.
• Kayaks and life vests provided, sand tray therapy, yoga and meditation mats
• Art supplies and journals included
• Community rituals, workshops, movement, music, and healing experiences throughout the retreat

🌿 PLEASE BRING
• Reusable water bottles, swimsuits, towel, toiletries, sunscreen, and optional water shoes
• Bedding for a single bed (sleeping bag/blankets with sheets and pillow)
• Comfortable clothing for nature, movement, and ceremony. Insect Repellent though out of season.

🌿 ALL ARE WELCOME
Women and men of all backgrounds, with youth ages 14+ welcome accompanied by a parent or guardian. This is an intergenerational gathering rooted in community healing and care for future generations.

🌿 We Are the Medicine is offered on a sliding scale of $300–900. We invite you to contribute what you genuinely can in support of the gathering, the community, and the vision we are growing together. Lower-cost contributions help cover basic food and facility expenses, while higher contributions help support supplies, facilitators, scholarships, and the sustainability of future offerings. Our hope is not simply to fund a single event, but to plant seeds for this gathering to continue and grow in the years ahead. After covering initial costs, proceeds will be paid forward toward creating We Are the Medicine again next year—deepening this living circle of healing, creativity, and connection with one another and the earth. 🌎🔥
