About the event
This is a guided event in which art and creativity help us integrate material from our past to move more fully into our future. No art skills are ever required and supplies can be as simple as a pen and paper--colored markers or pencils are optimal. A journal or paper to write on is also advised . . . otherwise just come ready to relax, release, and unwind.
The weekend includes 3 sessions begining with an opening and introduction on Friday from 7-8:30, followed by imaginal exercises and creative exploration from 10-12:00, and a deep dive into the practice with sharing from 2-6:00. The cost is a sliding scale from $50-$250. Please pick a price that honors your needs and the offering.
